This job is a permanent part-time opportunity to work with NDIS participants living independently in a 24-hour Supported Independent Living home in Narara, Central Coast. By engaging positively with individuals who have various physical and mental health disabilities, you will contribute to building their confidence and capacity in daily living and community access. You'll be responsible for

Aiding with daily life activities
Support participants with daily activities at home and in the community, including personal care, meal preparation, and medical appointments.📚
Supporting educational and work-related endeavours
Assist individuals in pursuing their educational and work goals, fostering independence and growth.🌍
Facilitating community access
Help participants engage in community, social, and recreational activities, enhancing their quality of life.Key criteria
📜
Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
Possession or pursuit of relevant qualifications in Disability or Allied Health.View
👥
Experience in disability or aged care
Demonstrated experience working with clients, especially those with complex needs.View
🚗
NSW driver's licence
Valid licence, including Green P Plates, for transportation responsibilities.View
