You'll be responsible for

Delivering active support
Providing hands-on assistance aligned with each client’s goals and support plans, fostering independence and joy.🛁
Assisting with personal care
Helping clients with daily personal care tasks such as toileting, showering, and dressing, ensuring their dignity and comfort.🤗
Building trusted relationships
Establishing strong connections with clients, families, and external stakeholders to enhance support and collaboration.Key criteria

NSW driver's licence
Valid P2 or full licence for driving responsibilities.View
