You'll be responsible for

Delivering active support

Providing hands-on assistance aligned with each client’s goals and support plans, fostering independence and joy.

Assisting with personal care

Helping clients with daily personal care tasks such as toileting, showering, and dressing, ensuring dignity and comfort.

Building trusted relationships

Establishing strong connections with clients, families, and external stakeholders to create a supportive network.

Key criteria

Experience in disability support

Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with disabilities.

Valid NSW Driver’s Licence

Hold a clean P2/full NSW Driver’s Licence for transport duties.
