You'll be responsible for

Providing support to clients
Assisting clients with daily living needs, including cooking, cleaning, and personal care, to promote independence and wellbeing.📝
Documenting client wellbeing
Keeping accurate records of client health and progress to ensure quality care and communication within the team.🤗
Collaborating with team members
Working effectively with other staff to maintain a supportive and positive team environment.Key criteria

Current NSW Driver's Licence
