You'll be responsible for

Leading a team delivering high-quality daily support

Overseeing a dedicated team that provides daily support to children and young people with complex disability needs, ensuring quality and safety.

Designing and overseeing inclusive programs

Creating and managing programs that align with participant NDIS goals, fostering inclusivity and engagement.

Managing daily operations with a focus on safety and compliance

Ensuring that daily operations meet safety standards, service quality, and compliance with NDIS regulations.
