Supporting clients in activities

Encouraging and assisting clients to participate in various activities both at home and in the community, promoting engagement and enjoyment.

Personal care assistance

Providing support with personal care tasks such as toileting, showering, grooming, and dressing, as outlined in each client’s plan.

Developing person-centred plans

Collaborating with clients and their families to create, implement, and review comprehensive person-centred and behaviour support plans.

Key criteria

🚗

NSW driver's licence

Valid P2 or Full licence for client transport.

Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with disabilities.

Relevant qualification in Disability support or related field.
