You'll be responsible for

Delivering active support
Providing active support aligned with each client’s goals and support plans to enhance their independence.🛁
Assisting with personal care tasks
Helping clients with daily personal care tasks such as toileting, showering, and dressing.🌍
Facilitating community access
Using Unisson vehicles or public transport to help clients access the community and engage in activities they enjoy.Key criteria

Experience in disability support
Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with disabilities.View
🚗
Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
Hold a valid P2/full licence for driving responsibilities.View

First Aid Certificate
Current First Aid certification for emergency situations.View
