You'll be responsible for

Ensuring sites are resourced efficiently by building accurate, forward-looking rosters aligned to operational needs.

Managing contingent labour

Overseeing contingent labour pools and agency partners to maintain seamless workforce coverage across the region.

Supporting onboarding

Handling onboarding and site access requirements while leading weekly labour planning meetings to address vacancies and absences.

Scheduling and rostering experience

Proven experience in scheduling and rostering for operational needs.
