You'll be responsible for

Building accurate rosters

Creating forward-looking rosters that align with operational needs to ensure efficient staffing.

Managing contingent labour pools

Overseeing the management of contingent labour and agency partners to maintain workforce coverage.

Resolving time & attendance exceptions

Working with Site Leaders to address and resolve any time and attendance issues that arise.

Scheduling and rostering experience

Demonstrated experience in scheduling and rostering for operations.
