You'll be responsible for
🏛️
Attending PIC events
Attend the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) as EML’s representative for in-person and MS Teams litigation events for statutory and work injury damages matters.🤝
Liaising with specialists
Liaise with a variety of specialists across the organisation to effectively manage disputes in the PIC.🗣️
Engaging with legal teams
Engage with the Legal Specialists, Case Managers and employer representatives regarding the history and nature of the dispute(s), litigation strategy and to report the outcome.Key criteria
📜
Experience in workers compensation claims
1-2 years of experience in NSW workers compensation or personal injury claims.View
⚖️
Knowledge of dispute resolution processes
Extensive understanding of NSW workers compensation dispute and litigation processes.View

Understanding of relevant legislation
Strong grasp of Workers Compensation Act and Workplace Injury Management Act.View
