You'll be responsible for
⚖️
Managing external CTP disputes
Overseeing external CTP disputes from receipt through to resolution, ensuring timely and fair outcomes.📜
Reviewing claims decisions
Independently assessing claims decisions in line with the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017 and related guidelines.✍️
Preparing written determinations
Acting as the final decision-maker for QBE, crafting clear and customer-focused written outcomes.Key criteria
