Owning and evolving the omni-retail Domain Architecture

Spanning online, in-store and marketing interactions.

Defining target state architectures

Establishing principles and standards for customer platforms and capabilities.

Identifying and championing innovative customer experience opportunities

Leveraging emerging platform capabilities, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.
