Translating strategic objectives into domain capabilities, target architectures, and transformation roadmaps to ensure business strategy aligns with ERP execution.

Creating architecture narratives

Developing and communicating compelling future-state architecture narratives and visualisations to support executive decision-making and long-term planning.

Providing architectural leadership

Leading the ERP transformation program by defining the S/4HANA target architecture, including deployment model and integration approach.
