Join MacKillop’s Education and Engagement team as an Education Specialist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. This part-time opportunity allows you to support students in Therapeutic Residential Care settings, helping them engage in education and achieve success in their learning journey. The team values collaboration and is dedicated to creating a safe and stimulating environment for all learners.

You'll be responsible for

Developing relationships

Building strong, supportive professional relationships to engage students and provide a safe and stimulating environment for learning.

Supporting education engagement

Supporting young people living in Therapeutic Residential Care settings to engage in education and enhance learning outcomes.

Implementing strategies

Working with support services to plan and deliver high-quality trauma-informed engagement strategies.
