Ensuring high standards of educational practice are maintained and celebrated within the team.

Skills you'll need

🎓

Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care OR Bachelor in Education (Early Childhood)

A qualification in early childhood education that equips you with the necessary skills and knowledge to lead and inspire young learners.
🗣️

Excellent communication skills

Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with clarity and vision to inspire and guide others.
🤝

Experience with mentoring and collaborating

Proven experience in mentoring and collaborating with a diverse team to enhance educational practices and outcomes.
