Coaching on strategies

Reviewing weekly sales with your Manager and coaching on additional strategies to achieve sales goals if necessary

Demonstrating products

Demonstrating products on customers, explaining the benefits of each product, and developing personal relationships to gain loyalty

Proven retail experience in cosmetics

Experience in retail within the beauty industry is essential.
