Providing leadership
Provide daily leadership and supervision for project crews, including contractors, ensuring all work is executed safely and efficiently.📅
Overseeing scheduling
Oversee scheduling, resource planning, and coordination of labour for planned and emergent work, monitoring job progress and implementing corrective actions.🤝
Collaborating with teams
Work collaboratively with Engineering, Operations, and HSE teams to resolve issues and optimise plant performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key criteria
