Overseeing workplace investigations involving grievances, disputes, misconduct, and policy breaches to ensure compliance and fairness.

Supporting enterprise bargaining

Managing the end-to-end enterprise bargaining process to align with organizational goals and employee needs.

Tertiary qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Employee Relations, HR, Business, or Law.
