Acting as Marsh’s representative in matters before regulatory bodies, managing conciliations and arbitrations.What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification
Possession of a degree relevant to employee relations.View
🕒
7+ years of employee relations experience
Demonstrated experience managing complex investigations and issue resolution.View
⚖️
Knowledge of local employment laws
Strong understanding of workplace laws in the Pacific region.View
