You'll be responsible for

Providing legal advice

Offer legal advice across the full range of employment, recruitment, and workplace matters impacting IMC in the APAC region, focusing primarily on Australia.

Drafting employment documentation

Draft, review, and maintain employment documentation, including contracts of employment and template materials.

Monitoring legal developments

Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting IMC as an employer in the APAC region and advise on their practical impact.

Key criteria

⚖️

Qualified lawyer status

Possession of a current Australian practicing certificate.

6–8+ years of experience in employment law matters.
