Collaboration is key, as you will partner closely with People Operations, HR business partners, and business leaders to deliver practical and risk-informed guidance.

You'll be responsible for

Providing strategic employment law advice

Provide strategic employment law advice on all aspects of the employee life cycle to the People@ team across APAC, including human resources, recruiting, payroll, and employee relations teams.
🛠️

Building processes and playbooks

Partner with internal teams to build processes and playbooks for recurring employee-related matters and contribute to region-wide projects and initiatives.

Drafting employment-related documents

Draft and revise employment-related agreements and policies, including offer letters, severance agreements, and employee handbooks.

Key criteria

📜

Law degree or equivalent

Possession of a valid law degree or equivalent certification.

5+ years of employment law experience

Demonstrated experience in labor and employment law in various settings.
