You'll be responsible for

Overseeing all aspects of employment relations cases, including misconduct, grievances, performance management, and terminations.🕵️♂️
Conducting workplace investigations

Providing expert IR/ER advice
Offering guidance on legislation, awards, and organizational policy to support Fair Work preparation and matters.Key criteria

End-to-end employment relations experience
Demonstrated experience managing ER cases including misconduct and terminations.View
