Mentoring backend engineers while fostering a culture of pragmatic technical excellence.

Skills you'll need

Backend expertise

Experience at the intersection of product, growth, and platform, ideally with financial systems.

Leadership in backend engineering

Experience leading backend engineering teams while balancing people leadership with technical delivery.

Distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
