Help your team navigate complex technical challenges, including scalable backend architecture and billing systems.

Coaching and growing engineers

Foster a culture of pragmatic technical excellence while coaching and growing backend engineers.

Skills you'll need

Backend expertise

Experience at the intersection of product, growth, and platform, ideally with financial systems.

Leadership in backend engineering

Experience leading backend engineering teams while balancing people leadership with technical delivery.

Distributed systems and cloud infrastructure

Experience working with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure, especially AWS.
