You'll be responsible for

Leading business analysis team

Guide the Bank’s business analysis team to achieve strategic project delivery in alignment with the Corporate Strategy.
📈

Driving governance

Partner with Executives to drive governance of the Strategic Project Portfolio and support timely decision-making.

Providing thought leadership

Set an example for business and portfolio analysis while leading initiatives across the Strategic Project Portfolio.

7-10 years of experience in strategic transformation

Demonstrated success in delivering material outcomes in complex programs.

Tertiary qualification in relevant field

Degree in Business Analysis, Commerce, Finance, or Technology.
