You'll be responsible for

Serve as a company secretary or governance adviser to a portfolio of clients, providing governance and compliance advice.

Delivering governance advisory services

Deliver governance advisory and managed service engagements, including IPO readiness, listing compliance, and ASX obligations.

Preparing board papers

Prepare and review board and committee papers, minutes, and resolutions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
