The Environmental Services Training and Audit Officer plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. This job is about delivering comprehensive cleaning audits and training programs that support the Environmental Services team. You'll be responsible for
🧹
Delivering cleaning audits
Conducting comprehensive cleaning audits to ensure compliance with standards and legislative requirements including cleaning, waste and safety.👩🏫
Training new staff
Providing initial training and induction to all new Environmental Services employees and conducting competency assessments.🔄
Ongoing training support
Offering ongoing refresher training and supporting mandatory training for Environmental Services staff.What we're looking for

Environmental cleaning auditing experience
Demonstrated experience in auditing environmental cleaning in healthcare settings.View fit
