Responsible for the planning, organizing, developing and directing all day to day cleaning operations carried out by Hospital Assistants in compliance with policies and procedures.🏢
Overseeing cleaning standards
Overseeing the quality of the cleaning standards in designated areas and driving the team to deliver an efficient cleaning service.🔧
Coordinating staff activities
Coordinating the work and activities of cleaning and portering staff to ensure high hygiene levels are maintained throughout the facility.What we're looking for
