You'll be responsible for

Owning in-house platforms

Taking ownership of in-house platforms including TechnologyOne Ci, CiAnywhere, and DXP, ensuring they are stable and secure.
🔧

Running best-practice support operations

Managing user support, performance checks, incident management, and continuous improvement activities.

Leading and coaching the team

Guiding the team in managing escalations, improving troubleshooting capabilities, and enhancing documentation.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems

Proven experience supporting and configuring ERP and enterprise applications.
