Performing weekly trade analysis across sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, translating insights into clear actions to optimise NMV, profitability, and stock cover.

Developing trade plans

Creating strategic trade plans aligned to seasonal and long-term objectives, including quarterly SWOT analysis with actions and recommendations.

Collaborating with design

Working closely with the Design team to align product ranges with market trends, customer preferences, and commercial opportunities.
