You'll be responsible for

Delivering technical support

Deliver high-level technical support and service management for EUC devices and applications to executives and business teams onsite at Rowville and remotely across the Asia Pacific region.

Managing EUC assets

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of EUC assets including deployment, configuration, imaging, patching, troubleshooting, and decommissioning across a variety of hardware platforms.

Coordinating with stakeholders

Coordinate with Technical Operations Leads, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and operational tasks.

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Advanced troubleshooting skills

Advanced troubleshooting skills across multi-platform environments including Windows 11, Apple macOS/iOS, and specialized devices such as Zebra printers and handheld scanners.

Endpoint management tools proficiency

Proficient in leveraging endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, BigFix) and mobile device management (SOTI MobiControl) for scalable device provisioning and support.
