You'll be responsible for

Delivering timely and effective technical assistance to end users, both in-person and remotely, to ensure smooth business operations.

Configuring and supporting computers, meeting rooms, and printers, ensuring they are ready for use.

Conducting site visits

Offering IT support to local ALH hotels and the wider EGL business, ensuring all technology needs are met.
