You'll be responsible for

Providing technical support
Delivering high-quality, customer-focused technical support to internal stakeholders, including executives and investment teams.🔧
Troubleshooting end user technologies
Supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting physical and virtual EUC devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.📋
Managing incidents and requests
Managing incidents, service requests, and change requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.Key criteria

Customer-facing EUC support experience
Proven experience in a customer-facing EUC or desktop support role.View

End user technology knowledge
Strong knowledge of Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.View
