You'll be responsible for

Coordinating projects

Maintaining project plans and timelines across allocated events, ensuring key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked and communicated.

Managing stakeholders

Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure readiness and delivery against key event dates.

Supporting on-site delivery

Assisting the Event Manager and the wider Planning and Operations teams with on-site administration, event logging, and general event delivery.

Key criteria

🎤

Events experience

Minimum 3 years in event coordination or administration.
