You'll be responsible for

Owning and optimising event management

Designing and continuously improving event rules, correlation, severity mapping, prioritisation, suppression, routing, and automated workflows.

Making monitoring smarter

Integrating and optimising Dynatrace and ServiceNow to deliver accurate event ingestion and meaningful mapping to applications and business services.

Turning noise into actionable signals

Analysing alerts, logs, metrics, and service data to identify anomalies, recurring issues, service degradation, and emerging operational risks.
