Owning and optimising event management
Designing and continuously improving event rules, correlation, severity mapping, prioritisation, suppression, routing, and automated workflows.📊
Making monitoring smarter
Integrating and optimising Dynatrace and ServiceNow to deliver accurate event ingestion and meaningful mapping to applications and business services.🔍
Turning noise into actionable signals
Analysing alerts, logs, metrics, and service data to identify anomalies, recurring issues, service degradation, and emerging operational risks.Key criteria
