You'll be responsible for

Providing executive support
Delivering end-to-end executive support to the Chief Risk Officer, including diary management and prioritisation of commitments.📅
Coordinating meetings
Managing high volume diary scheduling and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders.💵
Financial administration
Overseeing financial administration for the Risk & Compliance function, including payment requests and invoicing activities.Key criteria

10+ years of executive support experience
Proven experience in corporate or professional services environments.View
💻
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Visio.View

Experience in diary and expense management
Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and financial tasks for executives.View
