You'll be responsible for

Leading end-to-end experience design
Own and deliver the end-to-end user experience design for the RACV App, from discovery through to launch and ongoing optimisation.🔍
Conducting UX research
Lead UX research across the mobile app lifecycle, using qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover user needs, behaviours and pain points.📣
Influencing stakeholders
Influence senior stakeholders through strong storytelling, evidence-based recommendations and a clear view of member, business and technology value.Key criteria
