As the Experience Product Owner for the Mobile App, you will lead the delivery and ongoing optimisation of RAC’s mobile app, a vital part of our digital ecosystem. You'll be responsible for

Championing the strategy

Translate the mobile app experience strategy into a clear, prioritised roadmap and a viable phased delivery plan.

Leading the product

Oversee the product lifecycle from inception to launch and post-launch performance, owning the end-to-end mobile app experience.

Driving performance and optimisation

Work with Digital and Data Analytics to define and track channel and strategy success metrics across engagement, adoption, self-service and member experience.
