Driving the coordination of Facilities Management readiness, ensuring all contractual and maintenance processes are aligned for smooth operations.

Monitoring asset management

Monitoring FM Sub-Contractor asset preservation and maintenance activities to ensure readiness for the Maintenance Phase.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Working collaboratively with Queensland Rail and FM Sub-Contractor to contribute to the Year 1 CRR Annual Work Plan.
