Coordinating FM readiness, contractual readiness, and asset maintenance processes across partners including the FM Sub-Contractor, ProjectCo, and Queensland Rail.📋
Driving Governance Frameworks
Driving FM readiness governance and supporting performance management frameworks to ensure all parties are aligned during the final stages of delivery.🔍
Monitoring Maintenance Activities
Monitoring FM Sub-Contractor asset preservation and maintenance activities to ensure readiness for the Maintenance Phase.Key criteria
