Coordinating FM readiness, contractual readiness, and asset maintenance processes across partners including the FM Sub-Contractor, ProjectCo, and Queensland Rail.

Driving Governance Frameworks

Driving FM readiness governance and supporting performance management frameworks to ensure all parties are aligned during the final stages of delivery.

Monitoring Maintenance Activities

Monitoring FM Sub-Contractor asset preservation and maintenance activities to ensure readiness for the Maintenance Phase.
