Coordinating Soft FM services
Managing the coordination and management of soft facilities providers across the campus in line with service contracts and direct service management of HKH Wardspersons.🤝
Liaising with service providers
Liaising with Soft FM service providers on behalf of hospital operations to coordinate contracts in various areas including food services, cleaning, and patient transport equipment.👨⚕️
Managing the Wardsperson Department
Overseeing the Wardsperson Department to ensure effective service delivery and create a performance-based, innovative, and customer-focused culture.Key criteria
