You'll be responsible for

Leading preventative maintenance programs

Lead and drive preventative maintenance programs to ensure all building systems and facilities are operating safely and efficiently.

Managing contractors and service providers

Manage contractors and service providers across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire, security, pest control, cleaning, and essential services.

Ensuring compliance with regulations

Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), emergency procedures, contractor management requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Proven experience in facilities management within hospitality settings.
