Lead and drive preventative maintenance programs to ensure all building systems and facilities are operating safely and efficiently.👷♂️
Managing contractors
Manage contractors and service providers across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire, security, pest control, cleaning, and essential services.✅
Ensuring compliance
Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), emergency procedures, contractor management requirements, and regulatory obligations.Key criteria
