The FCS Worker is an essential part of the Early Intervention and Family Preservation Services program, dedicated to providing high-quality intake, referral, outreach, and case coordination services to vulnerable children and their families. This role focuses on delivering trauma-informed therapeutic services that foster positive outcomes in mental health, physical health, employment, and education. Collaborating closely with the FCS Team Leader and other FCS Workers, the team thrives on building strong relationships with various services to ensure comprehensive support for families in need.
