You'll be responsible for

Assisting in strategic planning

Assist in the development and implementation of a clear strategic plan to attract, recruit, develop, and retain foster carers.

Supporting compliance systems

Support carer compliance systems to ensure effective adherence to the recruitment and authorisation process.

Collaborating with Foster Care teams

Actively work with the Foster Care teams to ensure compliance is maintained and meets MacKillop and Department of Communities Standards.

Knowledge of Aboriginal culture

Understanding of Aboriginal values and current issues faced by families.
