You'll be responsible for

Delivering high-quality carer recruitment

Responsible for the recruitment of carers within a trauma-informed practice framework, ensuring high standards are met.

Training and assessing carers

Conducting training sessions and assessments for carers to ensure they are well-prepared and supported.

Collaborating with teams

Working closely with the NSW Carer Recruitment and Development Team and other teams to enhance service delivery.

Understanding of Aboriginal culture

Knowledge of Aboriginal values and current issues faced by families.
