You'll be responsible for

Connecting families with services
Working with classroom teachers and support staff to understand children's needs and link families with health and developmental services.🏗️
Supporting family capacity building
Assisting families in their child's learning and wellbeing, ensuring ongoing engagement in school.📣
Advocating for vulnerable children
Helping school communities advocate for the needs of vulnerable children and families to facilitate engagement in learning.Key criteria

Experience in family support services
Demonstrated experience assisting families in educational settings.View
