Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten is on a mission to create a nurturing environment for children and families. As a Family Support and Inclusion Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that families feel welcomed and empowered during their early learning journey. The team thrives on collaboration, support, and a shared commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

You'll be responsible for

Supporting families through the orientation and enrolment process

Guiding families as they navigate the initial steps of enrolling their children in care.

Facilitating respectful, solution-focused conversations with families

Engaging in constructive dialogues to address concerns and promote collaboration.

Connecting families with relevant community services and support networks

Linking families to resources that can assist them in their journey.

Key criteria

📜

Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Possession of a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care.

First Aid certifications

Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certifications required.

Strong understanding of early childhood development and behaviour guidance strategies.
