You'll be responsible for

Providing compassionate support
Offer a warm, trauma-informed and responsive welcome to clients arriving in crisis, ensuring they feel safe, heard and supported from the very first interaction.🚨
Responding to urgent needs and safety risks
Quickly identify and support in addressing immediate safety, wellbeing and practical needs, contributing to safety planning that protects women and children in high-risk situations.🤝
Working collaboratively to support victim-survivors
Partner with specialist practitioners to assess, manage and monitor high-risk situations, ensuring decisions are informed, coordinated and aligned with best-practice family violence responses.Key criteria

Valid Blue Card required for child-facing responsibilities.View

Cert IV in relevant field
Certification in Social Work, Welfare, or Community Development needed.View
