Providing pre and post-sale support
Responsible for product demonstrations, organizing technical seminars, and conducting product training to customers.🗣️
Collaborating with Account Managers
Work with Account Managers to uncover and identify customer needs and challenges, providing total solutions.🔗
Building technical relationships
Strengthen relationships with customers to sustain Cytiva’s product design-in and specification wins.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Possess a degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related area.View
🔬
2+ years in cell therapy and GMP
Experience in cell therapy, cell culture, and GMP manufacturing.View
🤝
5+ years customer-facing experience
Demonstrated experience in customer engagement within Biotechnology.View
